You can swim laps of the pool and you might have taken part in a triathlon or an ocean swim but you feel frustrated because other swimmers make it look easy and you are using a lot of effort to go slowly. You feel like something basic is missing and you aren't sure what. You would like to be more efficient in the water.

Level 2 - FOUNDATION Course

The key skills offered in this course are balance so that you can glide through the water and a co-ordinated whole body stroke. This course is for lap swimmers who want to cruise through their swims with ease and to enjoy the ocean just as much as the pool.

Course Outcomes

By the end of this course you will:

  1. Feel balanced and co-ordinated in the water
  2. Understand the key principles of efficient swimming
  3. Know how to practise to swim effortlessly and sustainably

Course Summary

This course includes:

    • Learning in a supportive & structured environment
    • 6 hours of accelerated learning (1 day)
    • 2 pool sessions
    • 3 land sessions
    • Small group size of 6-8
    • Other participants of similar ability
    • Individual stroke evaluation
    • Goal Setting
    • Simple drill progression
    • 'Hands On' coaching
    • Video Analysis
    • 1 month of unlimited support by phone & email
    • Access to our affordable monthly Tune Up Course

Your Commitment

You will need to plan for 3 x 30 minute practise sessions in your own time during each of the 4 weeks following your course to consolidate your learning. Your coach will explain this in more detail at the course. We also require full participation in all sessions to the best of your ability.

What if the Course doesn't deliver the Promised Outcomes?
